Questions to Include in your Milestone Session Questionnaire

Using a milestone session questionnaire is a great way to help you ensure that your session goes smoothly. Let’s be real – babies can be unpredictable so being prepared as possible will help you get the most out of your sessions. Parents love being involved in the planning process too and using the questionnaire will help them trust you and feel more invested in their baby’s portraits. Location preference? (outdoor, studio, etc)

Where and how do you plan on displaying your images from this session?

Do you have any special props (favorite blankets, toys, shoes, meaningful items) that you would like to include in your session?

Clothing Preference for Baby? (fully clothed, partially clothed or diaper covers, bare bums are okay, mixture of all of the above)

Describe your vision for your session and what do you most want to capture?
