We use third-party service providers to support the functionality of the platform, including for:

By using the Platform or submitting Personal Information, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be transferred to a third party in connection with any such transaction, and that any successor or acquirer may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Notice.
(d) With Your Consent
We may share your information for other purposes if you give us explicit permission.
6. Data Security
Provider is committed to safeguarding Personal Information. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

- Access controls and role-based permissions;
- Routine system monitoring and audits; and
- Physical data center safeguards.
Despite these protections, no system can be 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. Do not use this website or our Platform if you are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become actually aware that we have collected such information without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites, platforms or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and this Notice does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any linked sites you visit.
9. Payment Processing
We do provide paid products and/or services within the Platform. Payments made through the Platform are handled by third-party processors. We do not store credit card information within our database. However, we may store reference information such as the last four digits of a credit card number and/or the expiration date for certain purposes such as to support recurring billing or refund requests.
All payment pages are encrypted using SSL. Where applicable, your payment processor may have its own privacy notice, and you are encouraged to review it directly.
10. Google API Services
If you connect your Google account to Provider, we may use limited access to:
- Google Calendar (to sync and display events);
- Google Drive (to allow you to link and share files); or
- Gmail (to display sent/received emails within your Provider dashboard).
We do not access, retain, or use your Google data outside the context of the integration. Employees will only access such data if required to resolve a technical issue and only with your explicit permission. These features are optional and can be disconnected at any time.
11. Do Not Track Signals
We do not respond to “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services.
12. Disclaimer
As addressed more fully in our terms and conditions, the Platform and all elements thereof are provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Provider does not warrant that the Platform will operate or perform in a manner that is uninterrupted or error-free, or that the web site or host server will be maintained free of viruses or other harmful code. Provider, its agents and associates shall not be held liable for any damage actual or consequential arising from action taken in response to information presented on this web site. This Platform is published independently of any software or hardware vendor. The views expressed in any Provider publication are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Provider or any individual associated with this web site.
