FEATURE RELEASE: QUOTES

It’s not always as easy as sending an invoice and getting a signed contract. Sometimes, when pricing falls outside of a standard package, a client would like to receive a quote for your work (corporate shoots, destination weddings, etc.). Iris Works has you covered!

In the Invoice section of your Studio Settings, you now have the option to create a quote or an invoice. If you create a quote (via a toggle button), you’ll select an expiration date and a due date and it will be presented to your client.

If they accept the quote, it will automatically convert to an invoice and they will be able to pay it as normal. If they have changes, they’ll be able to note their modifications and send it back to you for revisions.

Do you use quotes in your business model? Share in the comments below… we’d love to hear how you’ve made the quoting process work for you!
